HER Movement Lab is about turning your brain off

and letting your body talk for an hour.



Turnt-up class themes and playlists.

A lot of movement.

Sweating, laughing, whining, twerking,

and the occasional “okayyy!”



You don’t have to be a dancer.

You just have to show up.

FUZED Dance Fitness


Dance-forward. Sweat included.

Choreography, cardio, and full-body movement set to playlists that make sense. You’ll be moving, sweating, and smiling before you even realize how hard you’re working.

No rhythm required.


FUZED Strength: HIIT & Tone


This is where we lift, move, and get strong.

Intervals, resistance, and toning that keep the class moving without dragging. Challenging, doable, and straight to the point.



FUZED Mobility & Restore


For your joints, hips, and everything that feels tight.

Stretching, mobility, and movement that help your body move better without putting you to sleep. You leave feeling looser and lighter.



Glory in Motion (Praise & Worship Dance)


Movement set to worship and praise music.

This class blends dance and storytelling through movement in a way that feels expressive, grounded, and meaningful — no pressure, just movement and music.
